Responsibilities:

  • The ISR supports the AE team and is responsible for the day-to day management of customer relations.
  • Data entry of customer information, quotes, sales orders, invoicing in the CRM.
  • Understanding and managing pricing programs.
  • Manage customer inventory levels, including issuing and securing return authorization requests.
  • Completing any required vendor trainings and certifications.
  • Manage responsibilities in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, standards and internal policies.
  • Be honest and forthcoming with valuable information, share with candor.
  • Learn to use and become proficient with all systems and tools to be fully productive.
  • Be change agile and embrace new learning and change. Support programs of change and keep up with the pace of our organization.
  • Demonstrate initiative by finding answers, solving issues, planning and implementing work with minimal direction.
  • Comply and adhere to current processes and procedures.
  • Produce quality and consistent work and be prepared to discuss progress and results with leadership.
  • Always deliver top quality customer service, adhering to our customer service principles. 
  • Work collaboratively with all departments to problem solve and align with Appogee’s overall strategy.
  • Effectively add on to opportunities to build profitability.

Requirements:

  • Customer oriented with ability to listen to, anticipate and follow up on needs of the customer.
  • Ability to develop rapport and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Ability to articulate ideas in a clear, concise manner.
  • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and executes with high accuracy.
  • Ability to efficiently respond to customer and AE requests.
  • Ability to proactively find business opportunities within existing House account customer base.  
  • Excellent written communication skills with ability to compose professional business communications via email, letter, and proposals.
  • Adaptable with ability to switch tasks based on shifting priorities.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with ability to quickly establish relationships over the phone.
  • Creative with ability to develop original solutions to problems.
  • Self-motivated with ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Details:

  • Full-time, business hours 9-5 ET 
  • Preferably local to Greenville, NC.
  • Hybrid 3 day in office, 2 day WFH
